Are Alexandra Burke and Ruth Lorenzo No Longer Friends?

Former X Factor star Laura White has reportedly claimed that Alexandra Burke and Ruth Lorenzo are no longer friends.

Show winner Burke was said to have fallen out with Spanish singer Lorenzo on the programme’s stadium tour earlier this year.

Despite this, when Lorenzo missed the champ’s 21st birthday celebrations in September, family commitments in Spain were blamed for her absence. Meanwhile, Burke said that people “shouldn’t believe” tabloid stories about the state of her relationships with X Factor co-stars.

However, White is now quoted by the Daily Star Sunday as saying: “I see the other contestants, but I haven’t heard from Alex. She no longer speaks to Ruth either. I’m not sure why.”

Lorenzo announced plans to move in with Burke after being eliminated from The X Factor last year. However, she later indicated that the arrangement would not be going ahead.
