During `Cheryl Cole’s Night In’ she will perform a duet with Black Eyed Peas singer will.i.am.
Other stars set to appear on the programme include Rihanna and Alexandra Burke, according to The Sun.
Cole said: “I couldn’t be happier ITV asked me to do my own show.”
The Geordie lass replaced Sharon Osbourne as a judge for the fifth series of the X Factor in 2008.
She was given the girls category and ended up as the victorious judge when Alexandra Burke took first place.
The 26-year-old released her first solo album `3 Words’ in at the end of October.
Her debut solo single `Fight For This Love’ was the fastest selling record of the year and entered the charts at number one.
Her album also topped the UK album charts and remained at the top for two weeks before it was knocked off the number one slot by X Factor 2008 runners-up JLS.
