Alexandra Burke Performs ‘BAD BOY’ On GMTV

Last year’s X Factor winner Alexandra Burke visited UK breakfast show GMTV earlier this morning (Oct 13th) where she joined hosts Emma and Andrew on the GMTV sofa to talk about life as a popstar and her new single. She also took the time out to perform new single ‘Bad Boys’ (which you can watch after the jump). Meanwhile, check out her interview below:

Alex also spoke on her newfound friendship with Beyonce who she has been hanging out with in the States. She seems really excited about the launch of her new album ‘Overcome’. I really don’t think I’m going to like it after hearing those Amazon snippets. I have nothing against pop music because I actually enjoy it. I just think her brand of pop music is not sounding very good at all, and that’s my opinion. Then there’s the fact that she does not have a pop singing voice. It’s very husky and soulful like Toni Braxton’s. As stated, I have nothing against pop albums especially if they are well-produced (‘Stripped’, ‘Blackout’, ‘Good Girl Gone Bad’, ‘The Fame’, etc). Anyway, good performance.
